Join Rehab Online Magazine, Nook and Kranny, Rise N Pine, The Mecca Media, Umehzing, 111 Ventura Ave, Beejus, and All Things Red for PPT. PPT, short for People, Places, & Things, is in its ninth month of prosperity. Every second Saturday at Parliament in downtown Oakland, people of all colors, from all places, with many things to share, join forces. Rehab Online Magazine was founded in Oakland, CA, in September of 2013. Reflecting their writers’ different personas and tastes, they focus on millennial lifestyle, music content, and anything they find interesting and worth sharing from around the world.


Founded in 2014, Nook and Kranny is a Bay Area based blog that prides itself on showcasing things that are Bay Area related. This includes good eats, soulful sounds, and everlasting memories. We are your eyes and ears to what is going on in the Bay Area. This blog was created with the desire to give the Bay Area the proper respect that it deserves. The Bay is more than the negative headlines. It is time for the people of the Bay to stand up and give the world an accurate definition of who we really are.

RiseNpine is a go to website that present readers with music local and nationwide. With different styles and genres, streaming up and coming artists with their projects (Mixtapes, EPs, Albums, Music Videos). They share news on PINE with sharing the latest strains, devices, etc; and reviewing the local clubs in the Bay Area and nationwide.


Beejus is a West Oakland native who is not only an artist, but also a trendsetter. Don’t believe me? Ask YB about him.

Mecca Media is a multi dimensional media outlet where the main goal is to capture moments that shines light on a multitude of artists, trend setters and freedom fighters.


Based out of a warehouse in Oakland, Chief Umeh is an up-and-coming rapper who has consistently produced music that pushes boundaries of what bay area music could/should be.

The 111 Ventura Ave brand is a giant puzzle made up of inspiring pieces. Although they started as a simple clothing brand they have since become a well rounded retailer and entertainment team. The various puzzle pieces including being  a hub for fashion – with the “good fortune co.” brand, our vintage closet “Ventura closet” and custom custom made pieces – using visual photography, videography and paintings as visual inspiration, partaking in non profit and community work like their basketball team and training clinics for youth and also using their brand as life changing inspiration.



Red Corvette, born Carmena Victoria, is a DJ, Event Planner, and Visionary based in the Bay Area.  Skillfully spinning ambiguous Bay Area slaps with current music, alongside a genre-intermix of hip hop, experimental trap, soul, electronic and r&b; Red’s miscellaneous musical taste, incredible fashion steez, and energy is highly favored by her creative friends and fans.
