1 cup spinach
1 cup mizuna
1/2 cup diced baby carrots
1/2 small red bell pepper, diced
1/2 med mango, cubed
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 table spoon lemon juice
- Combine spinach and mizuna in a bowl; then add bell pepper, carrots, mango and blueberries.
- Mix rive vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice in a cup; then sprinkle all over salad.
