Bottle Rock

Bottle Rock is a three-day festival that features music, some of the best wine that you have ever had, and delicious food. This year, some of the headliners include: Maroon 5, The Roots, Andra Day, Warren G, The Foo Fighters, and much more.

California Roots

Also from May 26th-28th, The California Roots movement celebrates peace, love, and happiness. The festival is all about enjoying the addictive vibrations that erupt when music, dancing, and pure joy are provided. This year, festival goers can look forward to acts like Nas, Rebelution, Matisyahu, Jah 9, and Roots of Creation.

Outside Lands

Outside Lands hits Golden Gate park this August and is celebrating in 10-year anniversary, so thats definitely something you want to witness for yourself. Tickets and Box Suites are currently available, and if you don’t have the funds, keep an eye out for the volunteering opportunities, which have afforded music festival enthusiasts who chose to volunteer a complimentary admission.

Art and Soul Festival

What do you get when you shut down Downtown Oakland in the summer, set up 4 stages, call all of the hottest vendors, and provide attendees with the opportunity to check out some delicious food trucks? The amazingness that is The Art&Soul Festival. On August 19th and 20th, come enjoy some great Oakland vibes at this all age summer event.

Oakland Music Festival

With hopes of honoring Oakland’s diverse history, while promoting its culture of innovation and continued evolution, OMF provides a stage for the Bay Area community as well as a tangible economic and social impact to help drive and sustain this positive momentum.

Heiro Day

Combining the feels of an outdoor festival with the tastes and energy of your favorite block party, Heiro Day is a all-aged one day event that brings the Oakland community together for performances, DJs, food, music, and a good time. Mamou Kilambi View All

Co-founder and the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Mamou is a recent college graduate from the University of California, Riverside. Being raised in Oakland, and spending 4 years in Southern California, Mamou heard the constant negative views that people had on the Bay Area. She vowed to help change those views, and Nook and Kranny is her first step in doing so.
