1 kg beef cut into cubes
3 medium tomatoes
1 large yellow onions
1 bunch cilantro
1 medium red and yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 medium zucchini
1 cube beef bouillon
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the beef into bite sized pieces then place it in a large pan and let it cook till the water in the meat dries up and turns a grayish color.
- Pour olive oil and stir through, then add the chopped onions. After the onions caramelized add the peppers, zucchini, bouillon, and salt and pepper.
- Make sure that all the ingredients are mixed in evenly then add some chopped tomatoes and allow them to sauté for about 2 mins or until the tomatoes become soft.
- Serve the food in a bowl and garnish it with cilantro.
