Life can be very overwhelming. Whether it’s school, work, family, or all of the above, it is very important that you find a way to center yourself so that you can manage all of life’s curve balls without going crazy. One of the techniques that I use whenever I feel overwhelmed or out of control is meditating.

Meditation has a lot of key benefits which include:

Although I often meditate in the comfort of my backyard, there are a few gems throughout the Bay Area that can serve as the perfect place to center yourself.
