One of the simplest delicious quick breakfast snack for those busy mornings.

Why avocado?
Avocados are super nutritious, can help lower your cholesterol, and can protect your body’s cells against cancerous changes.

INGREDIENTS: 

1 whole grain bread*, toasted

1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled then sliced

1 teaspoon zaatar

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

salt, garlic powder and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Spread avocado on bread; then sprinkle zaatar, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic powder and black pepper.
  2. Enjoy!
